Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage)

Preferred someone with experience of handling AV, Audio, broadcast projects.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Project to manage, plan, and oversee project activities from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.

• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve project-related issues.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Project (MSP) for project scheduling and tracking.

• Hands-on experience in project planning, resource allocation, and cost management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other project tracking tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
