Job Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Project Manager with 1014 years of expertise in managing CMS-based web development projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning, execution, and client interaction, with a deep understanding of CMS platforms like Drupal, Sitecore, or AEM.

Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage end-to-end CMS web development projects

? Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

? Perform project planning, estimation, and risk management

? Ensure timely delivery within defined SLAs

? Promote a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous learning

? Review and validate milestone deliverables including wireframes, specifications, and designs

? Resolve challenges related to CMS integrations, dependencies, and timelines

? Conduct feasibility analysis of project requirements and technical specifications

Requirements:

? 1014 years of experience in managing CMS and web development projects

? Expertise in project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication

? Strong analytical and technical documentation review skills

? Proven experience with Drupal, Sitecore, AEM, or similar CMS platforms

? Ability to lead client meetings and ensure clarity across project lifecycle

? Hands-on experience in SLA-driven delivery models

? Strong understanding of dependencies and technical challenges in CMS implementation
