Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across the
full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and change controls
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies when applicable
Identify project risks and implement effective
risk mitigation strategies
Ensure high levels of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of project delivery
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Drive collaboration between business, development, QA, and infrastructure teams
Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of
project management fundamentals
and
SDLC
Proven experience working in both
Agile
and
Waterfall
environments
Ability to
manage multiple stakeholders
across geographies and time zones
Solid expertise in
risk management
and mitigation planning
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
with a track record of stakeholder engagement and alignment
Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence)
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
