Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of ground-mount solar power plant projects. The role involves planning, coordination, vendor and contractor management, site supervision, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle project execution for ground-mount solar installations (20 MW – 100+ MW).

Develop project plans, schedules, BOQs, and resource allocation.

Manage contractors, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution.

Oversee civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural work at site.

Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Track project progress, budget, and timelines; prepare daily/weekly reports.

Coordinate with clients, DISCOMs, and internal stakeholders.

Address risks, bottlenecks, and site challenges proactively.

Conduct final project testing, commissioning, and handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical.

5+ years of experience in solar EPC; at least 3+ years in project management.

Strong understanding of ground-mount solar construction, drawings, and site execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and project documentation.

Ability to work at project sites and manage cross-functional teams.
