ROLE SNAPSHOT

• Location/Schedule:

  Remote or On-site, Full-Time

• Purpose:

  Drive disciplined, cross-functional project execution for Samarth and India operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop project plans, charters, timelines, and execution frameworks.
• Coordinate daily progress across R&D, operations, compliance, and product development.
• Identify risks, track dependencies, and maintain mitigation roadmaps.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication across India and U.S. teams.
• Maintain documentation aligned with life sciences expectations.
• Manage vendors, resources, and partner timelines.
• Provide dashboards, status updates, and project analytics to leadership.
• Strengthen workflows, templates, and scalable processes.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years project management experience in pharma/life sciences/nutraceuticals or regulated product environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent.
• Experience with complex projects spanning R&D, QA/RA, formulation, manufacturing, or commercialization.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with global time zones.
• Strong documentation and regulatory familiarity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in naturals or wellness.
• Exposure to U.S. and India regulatory frameworks.
• Experience building scalable PM processes.
• Multinational or early-stage operating environment experience.
