Project Manager – Marketing Agency

Adwants is an integrated agency offering brand, strategy and digital solutions. Serving clients across the globe from 3 offices, Chennai, Bengaluru and Dubai.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to streamline day-to-day operations across the agency. The role involves managing projects from briefing to final delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams including Client Servicing, Copywriting, Design, Video, Digital Marketing, Production, and Web Development.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project flow, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Break down briefs into actionable tasks and align them with internal teams.

Coordinate daily with creative, digital, and tech teams to track progress and clear bottlenecks.

Monitor timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple projects.

Maintain smooth communication between teams, ensuring clarity on priorities and deliverables.

Implement processes, templates, and operational best practices to drive efficiency.

Conduct quality checks before client submissions and support feedback loops.

Provide regular status updates and flag risks, delays, or scope changes early.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

On-time project delivery rate

Reduction in turnaround time and bottlenecks

Number of revisions per project (quality of execution)

Resource utilization and workload distribution efficiency

Client satisfaction levels (via Client Servicing inputs)

Internal team feedback on workflow and process effectiveness

Accuracy and consistency of project tracking and reporting

Compliance with SOPs, briefing standards, and project workflows

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in project or operations management from a marketing/creative/digital agency in a similar role.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, ClickUp, etc.).

Understanding of creative workflows, digital deliverables, and production processes.
