Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Run several module or sub-module projects requiring good coordination and planning in close coordination with the value chain.

• Ensure that the project is planned and delivered as agreed within the project boundaries (Requirements, Scope, Plans, Budget, Quality).

• Responsible for risk and issue management for projects.

• Manage project budgets together with the Line Organization.

• Build and maintain relations with a large range of stakeholders in the entire value chain, keeping the project team motivated and stakeholders on board to complete the project efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master's in any engineering specialization.

• Project management education or relevant project management training courses.

• Project management certifications beneficial (e.g. within Prince2 or IPMA).

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing medium to high complexity R&D projects within the Manufacturing Industry.

• Experience with managing several projects simultaneously.

• Experience using project management tools such as SAP PPM, MS-Project, and JIRA.

• Great language skills (verbal and written) in English.

• Experience with global matrix organizations and engaging many stakeholders across the value chain.

• Proficient in working with advanced project management tools (e.g. SAP PPM, MS Project, JIRA), KPI's and project performance metrics.
