Project Manager

As a Project Manager in Power Transmission & Distribution at IcNoida, you will be responsible for leading projects from requirements definition through deployment. Your role will involve building and developing the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. You will be coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Analyzing project status and revising the scope, schedule, or budget when necessary to meet project requirements will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes is crucial. You will need to establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks. Your role will also involve structuring and managing integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects. Developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers, will be necessary. Assigning and monitoring resources to ensure project efficiency and maximizing deliverables will be part of your daily tasks. Reporting project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels and escalating issues as necessary according to the project work plan are also essential responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) & Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in project management. You should have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a relevant field to excel in this position.,
