Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Core Networks with a strong background in the Telecom Network domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Service Assurance, 5G Core, PS Core, or IMS Core Networks, combined with solid project management expertise. The candidate will be responsible for managing complex, end-to-end telecom network projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Core Network (5G, PS Core, IMS, or Service Assurance) implementations.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes effectively.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to organizational and customer quality standards.

Stakeholder & Resource Management

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and vendors.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Handle resource allocation, team coordination, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal productivity.

Financial & Cost Control

• Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient cost utilization.
• Prepare and review financial forecasts, expenditure reports, and variance analysis.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

Communication & Reporting

• Provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive project governance and ensure all documentation is maintained as per standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 9 to 15 years of overall experience in the Telecom Network domain.
• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in Telecom projects.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following domains:
• Service Assurance
• 5G Core Networks
• Packet Core (PS Core)
• IMS Core Networks
• Strong knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects E2E (End-to-End) with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, resource planning, cost control, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Experience managing multi-vendor telecom environments.
• Exposure to cloud-native 5G Core deployments and automation frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or distributed team setup.
