As a Java Project Manager with over 10 years of experience, your role involves managing projects of medium to large scale. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies. - Leading project status meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Ensuring project delivery within defined timelines and scope. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for project success. - Implementing process improvements to optimize project delivery. - Providing mentorship and guidance to junior project managers.
