Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: -

• Project Planning:

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resources, and develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.

• Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with clinical staff, hospital leadership, IT teams, vendors, and external contractors to define objectives, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.

• Execution & Monitoring:

Oversee project execution from start to finish, monitor progress against the plan, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

• Budget & Resource Management:

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources effectively to ensure cost-effective solutions and successful completion.

• Communication:

Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and outcomes.

• Risk & Issue Resolution:

Proactively identify potential risks and problems, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to ensure project success.

• Compliance & Quality:

Academic Background

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,

Experience : 10 to 1 5 Years (Hospital Experience only)
