Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of design and development projects from initiation to delivery.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, sales, and management.
Act as the central point of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders/clients.
Understand requirements, create project timelines, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Conduct regular project review meetings and share progress reports.
Identify project risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions proactively.
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience as a Project Manager handling design and/or software development projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of design and development processes, workflows, and terminologies.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Certification in Project Management (PMP / Scrum / Agile)

Experience working directly with clients and international teams.
