Location: Multiple Project Sites
Experience: 3–8 years
Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end interior project execution, supervising site teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, material coordination, and reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple interior project sites and ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise, guide, and train site supervisors and workforce.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan daily/weekly schedules and meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, Production, and vendor teams for material flow.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
• Maintain documentation and submit progress reports to management.
• Ensure safety compliance and minimize rework.
