Project Manager - Industrial Construction

As a Project Manager in Industrial Construction, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of civil and fabrication projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Project Planning & Execution: - Leading end-to-end execution of projects to meet timelines and quality standards. - Developing and monitoring project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. - Estimation & Billing: - Preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis. - Managing client billing, subcontractor bills, and certification processes. - Manpower Management: - Planning and deploying workforce efficiently across sites. - Monitoring productivity, attendance, and ensuring safety compliance. - Material Management: - Coordinating procurement, inventory tracking, and material reconciliation. - Ensuring timely availability of quality materials at all sites. - Site Supervision & Technical Oversight: - Conducting regular site inspections and enforcing technical specifications. - Resolving on-site issues with strong engineering judgment. - Client Communication: - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients. - Providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction. - Team Leadership & Coordination: - Leading cross-functional teams with a collaborative and proactive approach. - Fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. - Reporting & Compliance: - Submitting progress reports, cost tracking, and risk assessments to MD/CEO. - Ensuring adherence to statutory norms and internal SOPs.
