Compliance: Ensuring all billing and financial activities adhere to company policies and relevant industry regulations. Client Communication: Addressing client inquiries and resolving billing-related issues. Record Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive records of all billing transactions, invoices, and related documents. Material Reconciliation: Preparing monthly reconciliation statements for building materials. Subcontractor Management: Managing and verifying bills from subcontractors.
