Position: Project Manager

Location: Chennai - Hybrid

Experience: Min 8+ yrs

JD:

Project Portfolio Delivery (PPD) - Project Manager

A PPD PM facilitates the operational execution of project portfolios, functioning as the critical link that enables coordinated delivery across multiple project workstreams.

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and milestone tracking across the portfolio
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and centralized dashboards
Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Track project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations
Support Program Managers/VP/SVP with administrative tasks and process compliance
Organize steering committee meetings and prepare executive summaries
Manage project intake processes and initial assessments
Assist with risk identification and issue escalation

Key Requirements:

5+ years of project coordination or administrative support experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Experience with project documentation and reporting
