We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality projects that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, exceptional facilitation skills, and extensive experience with project management tools like Jira. As a Scrum Master, youll coach teams, manage project timelines, and drive continuous improvement processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and ensuring that all team members are engaged and empowered. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain the product backlog, ensure clarity of user stories, and help prioritize tasks based on business needs and goals. Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans and schedules while managing resources effectively. Utilize Jira and other tools to track project progress, manage sprint backlogs, and report on key metrics to stakeholders and management. Promote Agile best practices and methodologies within teams and across the organization. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team performance. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively communicate with team members and stakeholders to address challenges. Serve as a key point of contact for project updates, facilitating communication between teams, management, and external stakeholders. Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, helping them become self-organized and cross-functional. Mentor other Scrum Masters and team members as required. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred. Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Jira, with experience in Agile project tracking and reporting. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their application in various project scenarios. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
