Job Description

Essential Functions: Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as resource allocation and scheduling. Apply appropriate Project Management methodologies and practices to enhance project management efficiency and adaptability. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff, fostering their professional growth and development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management, Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure, cloud, and application management. Education: Four years of College resulting in a Bachelors Degree or equivalent Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses: PMP certification is preferred Relevant Work Experience: 3 to 9 years in related field Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Extensive experience in managing infrastructure, cloud, and application projects is essential. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite) for project planning, tracking, and reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. Solid understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidates are expected to work EST hours.
