- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to maintain clear communication and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals and maintain high performance.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 3+ years as PM running projects in Retail, Hospitality, Automotive, or Commercial sectors
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
