• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals and maintain high performance.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 3+ years as PM running projects in Retail, Hospitality, Automotive, or Commercial sectors
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
