Project Manager

The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Heinrich’s audio-visual, public address, and security system solutions. This role involves working closely with consultants, system integrators, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects and maintaining technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Team Coordination – Lead project engineers and technicians to ensure smooth execution at sites.
• Client & Stakeholder Management – Act as the primary point of contact with consultants, system integrators, and clients.
• Compliance & Documentation – Prepare, review, and ensure project documents like SLDs, BOQs, compliance sheets, and progress reports are accurate and complete.
• Budget & Cost Control – Monitor project expenses, manage vendor negotiations, and ensure profitability.
• Quality & Safety Assurance – Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing to meet Heinrich’s quality standards.
• Risk Management – Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
• Reporting – Provide regular project updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and achievements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Systems & Applications Engineers & Analysts: 1 year (Preferred)
