Role Overview: As a Project Manager in the FP&A department at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) organizations to evolve and transform while addressing challenges around competitiveness and delivering agile corporate strategies for growth. Your work will contribute to creating compelling employee and customer experiences, retaining skills and talent, and achieving enterprise-wide operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the in-year performance, develop and maintain KPIs to track performance, recommend and implement interventions where necessary - Partner with business and finance stakeholders to provide detailed analysis of focus areas of performance - Articulate trends and summarize detailed analysis into meaningful high-level messages - Analyze and interpret actuals as a basis for performance management at the Business unit level - Support reporting and cost allocation processes - Responsible for the annual cost planning and rolling forecast process - Accountable for providing timely, accurate, and reliable financial and management information - Ensure financials are compliant with Group policies and local standards - Lead and coach junior team members to ensure effective execution of the team's accountabilities Qualifications Required: - Knowledge and application of Plan to Perform processes, including digital literacy and analysis - Extensive experience in reporting and MI processes with a focus on performance analysis and intervention - Understanding of the principles of continuous improvement & process excellence - Ability to quickly assess areas requiring attention and/or intervention, with a strong demonstration of business partnering to drive business performance - Expertise across core client businesses, understanding key business drivers and regional dynamics across client - Strong level of understanding of the external stakeholders and regulatory frameworks within which the client operates - Ability to influence beyond formal reporting lines and gain trust from Finance and Business stakeholders - Clear and concise communicator, able to build awareness and support of the wider Finance and Business community If you can confidently demonstrate the above criteria, consider applying to join EY in building a better working world.
