Urgent Hiring: Project Manager – Hospitality Procurement (FF&E & OS&E)

Carver & Associates (est. 1983) is a global leader in hospitality design and procurement management (FF&E and OS&E). We are headquartered in Atlanta, GA with 40+ years of experience and 300+ projects delivered annually across hotels, resorts, and casinos worldwide.

In India, we manage procurement activities for a key client with 30+ branded Hotels across the country, and we’re looking for the right talent to join our team.

Role: Project Manager (Gurgaon – Onsite)

FF&E and OS&E procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Procurement Director across all procurement activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, designers, consultants and hotel teams for alignment of activities, documentation, approvals and payments
• Identify, evaluate & manage supplier relationships
• Lead contract evaluations and negotiations to secure favorable terms & pricing
• Contribute to procurement planning, budgeting & timely execution
• Track & manage costs to ensure adherence to budgets
• Maintain documentation, reports & active communication with stakeholders along with our in-house team's support

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5–7+ years of experience in procurement / project management (hospitality preferred)

✔️ Strong self management, vendor management, negotiation & organizational skills

✔️ Ability to handle budgets, timelines & multi-stakeholder coordination

✔️ Proficiency with Excel / Outlook. Strong communication skills. Self confidence.

✔️ Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
