Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle — from initiation to closure — ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client and organizational goals.
• Engage with government clients and stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Monitor project progress, address potential risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Prepare and present status reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and clients.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E / B.Tech) or MCA, along with an MBA – mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 8 years in project management.
• Successfully led at least two end-to-end projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in dealing with government departments or public sector clients.
  

Preferred / Advantageous Experience

• Background in software development projects.
• Exposure to urban or town planning projects.
• Familiarity with government frameworks, documentation, and compliance procedures.
