Job Description

As a Market Research Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining full project ownership from commissioning to invoice. You will manage stakeholder expectations and deliver the highest level of service in a fast turnaround environment. Building effective relationships with clients and providing guidance on Dynatas products and services will be a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will include ensuring project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams, and vendors, troubleshooting project challenges, collaborating with Sales to drive revenue growth, and communicating project updates in a consultative manner. Additionally, you will share knowledge across internal teams, ensure survey quality, track project budgets and timelines, run complex projects, mentor junior staff, and stand in for the Team Lead when required. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining full project ownership from commissioning to invoice - Managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high-level service - Building professional relationships with clients and providing guidance on products and services - Ensuring completion of project task activities through personal production, internal teams, and vendors - Troubleshooting, overcoming, and escalating project challenges - Collaborating with Sales to drive revenue growth - Communicating project updates in a consultative manner - Sharing knowledge across internal teams - Ensuring survey quality - Tracking project budgets and timelines - Running complex projects - Mentoring junior staff - Standing in for the Team Lead when needed Qualifications Required: - At least 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research - Competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation - Entry-level for less complex professional roles, not requiring a specific degree - Developed knowledge of technical, support, or administrative policies and procedures - Extensive training and experience in performing a wide variety of assignments and resolving complex issues - Accomplished in implementing practical procedures or systems that are moderately complex and require extended oversight Please note that there are no additional details of the company provided in the job description.,
