Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Captive Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end execution of captive projects, including construction, commissioning, and successful handover to customers and operations teams. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on time, and in compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full project lifecycle, overseeing execution, commissioning, testing, and handover processes. - Optimize project plans to meet contractual and budgetary commitments effectively. - Identify and mitigate execution risks while maintaining smooth coordination with internal teams such as SCM, Engineering, QHSE, and Finance. - Foster strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. - Uphold strict compliance with HSE, quality assurance, and regulatory standards. - Drive operational efficiency by implementing cost control measures, reducing cycle times, and enhancing overall performance. - Supervise work quality, provide training to staff, and manage non-conformance costs (COPQ). - Conduct regular reviews, address bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues when necessary. - Champion a culture of safety and quality among all project stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. - Engage and develop teams through performance feedback and training initiatives.
