Job Description

Lead engineering teams in transmission and distribution projects. Oversee design, planning, and execution of electrical systems. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in projects. Optimize resources for cost-effective and efficient engineering solutions. Monitor project timelines and resolve any technical challenges. Execute transmission and power distribution line activities as per drawings, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality norms, and safety guidelines. Optimize resource utilization during execution to maintain cost efficiency. Identify and escalate operational risks to the Section In-charge or Works Manager in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Section In-charge or Works Manager to discuss and implement necessary changes or modifications in the daily operations plan. Support the site Plant & Machinery (P&M) team in preparing the Daily Progress Report (DPR) by sharing actual progress data, delay reasons (if any), and other relevant utilization and consumption details.
