Job Title: Project Manager – Real Estate

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee real estate development and construction projects. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage real estate projects (residential/commercial).
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project milestones.
• Handle permits, approvals, and compliance.
• Report progress and resolve any issues.
• Cost and Budget Control
• Approve bills and expenses only after verifying.
• Find ways to reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Ensure that all necessary government approvals, licenses, and RERA registrations are obtained and handled.
• Keep accurate project documentation and reports.
• Client & Stakeholder Updates.
• Give regular project updates to the company.
• Coordinate with the sales or CRM team to update customers on delivery timelines.
• Documentation and Compliance.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes and local regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
