Project Manager-Credit Cards

As a Project Manager - Credit Cards, you will champion the cause of 100% digital and autonomous customer journey, recommending improvements to processes to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end management of the affluent credit card portfolio, focusing on product performance, revenue drivers, and cost optimization. - Manage the client onboarding experience, expectations, and communications with transparency internally and externally. - Identify and lead new digital initiatives for credit card journeys, continuously initiating and driving process enhancements. - Take complete ownership of client onboarding, effectively navigating the organization, and leveraging appropriate resources and internal stakeholders. - Prioritize workload based on business impact to optimize capacity and productivity within the onboarding team. - Ensure accurate and timely tracking and improvement of end-to-end Turn Around Time (TAT). - Maintain adherence to standards/KPIs and uphold a pristine control environment. - Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies. - Drive senior management presentations on the success and progress of key digital initiative metrics. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelors in Engineering, Technology, Management, Computers, or Science. - Post-graduation in MBA. You should have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product/project management to excel in this role.,
