Project Manager – Corporate Communications | Hybrid – Pune

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver strategic communication projects within Group Technology functions
• Develop, review, and refine communication materials including announcements, newsletters, executive messaging, and internal updates
• Partner closely with senior technology stakeholders to understand initiatives and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging content
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and reporting to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain a strong governance approach and ensure alignment to internal standards and communication guidelines
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support change communications across multiple streams

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven background in Project Management within large-scale enterprise environments (financial services preferred)
• Strong experience in

  Corporate Communications

  — exceptional writing, editing, and stakeholder communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working within technology or digital transformation environments is a strong advantage
• Confident in engaging with senior leadership and simplifying complex technical topics
