The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution of electrical projects, particularly in SCADA system installation, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the physical installation of SCADA equipment, control panels, and cabling. Finalize design documentation including single-line diagrams, GA drawings, cable routing, and panel locations. Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and engineering teams to ensure smooth site activities. Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels. Maintain site logs, daily diaries, and prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports. Ensure adherence to project timelines and manage pressure effectively to meet deadlines. Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and SCADA integration. Effective communication and leadership skills for site coordination. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain detailed documentation. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude. Willingness to be hands-on and work on-site as required.
