We are Hiring for "Project Manager-Civil" Qualification : Diploma or B.Tech Experience : 10+ Years Salary : Up to 10 LPA Location : Siricilla Shift: As per site Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage bridge construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, site management, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee bridge construction projects from start to completion Prepare project schedules, work plans, and budgets Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors at site Monitor daily site activities to ensure progress as per project timelines Ensure quality control and adherence to approved drawings and specifications Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and resources efficiently Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory regulations Identify project risks and implement corrective measures Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities as required Required Skills & Competencies: Strong Project Management skills Extensive experience in bridge construction projects Knowledge of civil construction methods, BOQs, and site execution Leadership and team management skills Ability to solve site-related technical and operational issues Good communication and coordination abilities
