Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven Chartered Accountant to manage the financial planning, cost control, compliance, and reporting for our construction projects. The CA will ensure accurate budgeting, monitor project cash flows, maintain statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth in the construction sector. ***** ONLY MALE CANDIDATES Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Reporting Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and project profitability analysis. Monitor accounts payable/receivable and oversee timely billing for projects. Ensure proper allocation of expenses to individual construction projects (job costing). Prepare consolidated reports for management on company-wide financial health. 2. Budgeting & Cost Control Develop and monitor annual budgets and project-specific cost plans. Track and control costs against budgets, flagging variances promptly. Support tender cost estimation and bid pricing analysis in coordination with the projects team. 3. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with external/internal auditors for statutory, tax, and cost audits. Maintain documentation for RERA, local municipal, and regulatory filings as applicable. 4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor project-wise cash flows and working capital requirements. Manage bank relationships for loans, guarantees, and project financing. Optimize fund utilization to meet project timelines without cost overruns. 5. Process & System Improvements Implement strong internal controls over project-related transactions. Automate and streamline financial processes through ERP/Accounting software. Advise management on financial risk management and cost optimization. Qualifications & Skills Chartered Accountant (CA) certification (mandatory). 38 years experience in construction, infrastructure. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, RERA compliance, and project accounting. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally ERP, or construction-specific ERP). Analytical thinking and strong numerical skills. Preferred Candidate Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering required; BE/BTech preferred; freshers welcome alongside candidates with 2-7 years of site experience. Knowledge of construction methods, reading drawings, basic software like AutoCAD, and safety protocols.
