Job Description

Total Experience: 6-12 Years

Location: Mumbai and Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end implementation of travel products for clients.
Document and track projects using client-specific tools and processes.
Act as the single point of contact for the project team during implementation.
Ensure adherence to client onboarding processes from pre-assessment to post-implementation.
Lead Joint Planning meetings and weekly conference calls; prepare agendas and detailed notes.
Monitor project progress, update tracking tools (One Form, Task List), and maintain accurate RAG status.
Proactively identify and manage risks, escalate and resolve issues as needed.
Coordinate technical setups and end-to-end testing with service delivery and telephony teams.
Participate in EMEA & Global Implementation calls and deliver required actions within deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum
3 years of project management experience
in relevant domains.
Proven client interfacing and status reporting skills.
Hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, and onboarding of software products.
Familiarity with travel technology platforms, e-commerce platforms, ERPs, or similar solutions.
Successfully delivered at least
two comparable projects

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
