Project Manager - Business Consulting PI - Transformation Delivery

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting or industry, preferably with expertise in Skill Development, Livelihood, Rural Development, and Entrepreneurship. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage multiple projects, engagements, and receivables, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Lead the execution of deliverables, manage service quality, brand, and client expectations, and resolve operational challenges. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and accounts, identifying new opportunities and meeting business development targets. Build a strong team, mentor, and coach team members, assisting in resolving people issues and supporting their development. Ensure compliance with firm standards, processes, and policies, contributing to initiatives enhancing market leadership, growth, quality, and operational excellence. Demonstrate significant industry/solution expertise, providing insightful and practical solutions to complex problems. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in consulting or industry, focusing on Skill Development, Livelihood, Rural Development, and Entrepreneurship. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong leadership qualities, client relationship management, and account management skills, with experience handling mid-to-large accounts. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, with agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and positive energy.
