Project Manager - Business Consulting PI - Transformation Delivery

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, transformation delivery, and people management. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage multiple projects, engagements, and receivables, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction. Lead the delivery of high-quality deliverables, managing service quality, brand, and client expectations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying new opportunities and building professional relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their development and growth. Ensure compliance with firm standards, processes, and policies, contributing to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership and growth. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in consulting or industry, with expertise in at least three areas including business transformation, process re-engineering, market assessment, post-merger integration, strategy, and business planning. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and positive energy. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts, focusing on quality delivery and developing customized solutions for clients. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good leadership qualities.
