Role Overview

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle

  D365 Business Central

  implementation projects across global regions.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Conduct business requirement sessions and oversee FRD documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Manage stakeholder communication, UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years

  overall experience with strong background in

  D365 Business Central/NAV

  .
• Proven success in

  10+ implementation projects

  .
• Deep understanding of

  Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules

  .
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Experience with

  international clients

  (US, UK, AU, NL, CA).
• PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred.
