Technical Skills (Audio Engineering Related) Knowledge of audio formats and codecs (e.g., WAV, MP3, AAC, FLAC) Experience with DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) like Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Audacity, Adobe Audition, Ableton Live Audio signal flow and routing Sound editing, mixing, and mastering Audio quality control and assurance Acoustic treatment and microphone techniques Noise reduction and audio restoration Audio transcription tools or workflows Experience with STT (Speech-to-Text) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) technologies Project Management Skills Agile or Waterfall methodologies Strong stakeholder communication and reporting Resource and budget management Timeline and risk management Team coordination and task delegation Preferred Background Degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Technology, Music Production, or similar Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, etc.) Experience in media, broadcast, game audio, or voice AI projects Show more Show less
