Visits the site regularly to review progress. Provides managerial oversight and strategic direction. Ensures high-level compliance with all contractual and safety obligations.
Manages daily operations and supervises all site activities.
Oversees resource planning, manpower deployment, and logistics. Ensures execution of work as per approved drawings and standards. Leads safety toolbox talks and enforces permit compliance. Coordinates billing, measurements, labor tracking, and reporting. Updates and maintains as-built documentation. Reviews and signs all official documentation, permits, and reports related to site activities.
