Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    application support operations

    across L1, L2, and L3.
  • Manage

    incidents, service requests, and problem tickets

    ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Drive

    root cause analysis (RCA)

    and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with

    business, infra, and development teams

    for faster issue resolution.
  • Oversee

    change requests, releases, and vendor engagements

    .
  • Conduct

    governance meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates

    .
  • Track

    KPIs & metrics

    to ensure application stability.

What We’re Looking For

Application / Production Support

ITIL processes

global support teams

ServiceNow, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace

stakeholder management & leadership

✔ PMP / Prince2 / ITIL certification (preferred).
