As a Project Coordinator at our company, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of IT software projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation - Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT software projects to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines - Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress, updating schedules, and maintaining project documentation - Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify project deliverables - Identify and escalate potential risks or issues affecting project timelines or deliverables - Support the preparation of project reports and updates for stakeholders - Ensure all project artifacts are stored and maintained for future reference - Assist in fostering an agile and collaborative project environment - Create project plans, stakeholder management plans, RAID Logs, cost plans, and implementation plans - Drive end-to-end projects from inception to project closure - Manage and drive Agile Sprint ceremonies, understanding and implementing SAFe - Negotiate, coach, and mentor teams as required during the project lifecycle - Report project status, risks, and issues in a timely and business-friendly manner - Keep all process-related documents updated as per organization guidelines - Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and principles - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Assist the product owner with backlog grooming and prioritization - Remove impediments and blockers hindering the team's progress - Ensure the team is fully functional and productive - Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team - Promote and facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders - Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders This position will involve reporting to senior stakeholders and contributing to the success of our projects.
