Project Manager - Academics

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The team aims to be India’s most innovative learning force - delivering propulsive, high-impact education solutions powered by cutting-edge pedagogy, smart technology, and disciplined execution. Our Content Team is central to this mission, leading the design of world-class curriculum, assessments, and lesson plans that meet the needs of schools across the country.

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of multiple projects across subject, content creation, technology and operation teams. This role ensures that projects align with business objectives, adhere to timelines, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple project trackers while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Thinking

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Identifying and executing process improvements to drive better outcomes at lower cost.

Project Management

• Work closely with multiple subject teams, design, technology and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Efficiently manage multiple project trackers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet established goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure adherence to processes and ensure high quality of projects.

New Product Development

• Support development of new products from conceptualization to launch phase.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of project management experience in Education/ Product/ Technology organizations working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Growth mindset with the ability to receive and act on feedback constructively.
• Strong ownership mindset to deliver great outcomes.
• Experience in Education/ EdTech/ Publishing domain (preferred).
