Role Overview:

The Project Manager will lead and oversee multiple HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
• Manage multiple sites and ensure effective coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review technical drawings, designs, and material submittals.
• Allocate resources and monitor manpower productivity.
• Control project costs, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct progress review meetings and prepare project reports.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in HVAC project management.
• Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV, chilled water systems, ducting & piping.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Preferred:

• PMP / Project Management Certification (added advantage).
• Experience in handling large-scale commercial/industrial HVAC projects.
• Familiarity with SMACNA, ASHRAE, and ISHRAE standards.
