oversees project lifecycle from concept to completion, developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans, while ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning:

  Develop detailed project plans, including scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for the manufacturing and delivery of construction equipment.

• Execution & Monitoring:

  Lead and oversee the execution of projects, tracking progress against timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Coordination:

  Facilitate smooth project execution by coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, and production teams.

• Vendor & Contractor Management:

  Supervise and manage relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and services.

• Technical Oversight:

  Review technical drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.

• Risk Management:

  Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Quality & Safety:

  Implement and enforce safety guidelines, conduct quality checks, and ensure all project activities comply with safety standards and regulations.

• Reporting:

  Provide regular project updates, status reports, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is generally required.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including construction equipment, fabrication, and installation processes.

• Project Management:

  Proficiency in project management software and methodologies, with proven experience in managing project budgets and timelines.

• Leadership & Communication:

  Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical and logistical challenges.

• Safety Compliance:

  Familiarity with safety standards and regulations relevant to construction equipment manufacturing and project execution.
