Developer Role and Responsibilities

Project Manager officer

Expected Activities:

• Own and manage PMO governance frameworks

  , ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.
• Lead development of

  portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports

  using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros/VBA, complex formulas) and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Drive

  data analysis and trend identification

  to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.
• Oversee

  budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking

  for projects and programs.
• Facilitate

  executive governance meetings

  , presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to

  identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement

  .
• Continuously refine PMO processes for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience

  in PMO, program management, or portfolio governance roles.
• Advanced proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  (including macros/VBA, complex modelling, and automation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in

  data visualization tools

  (Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of

  project management methodologies

  (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Experience in

  financial management

  for projects (budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
