Job Description

Project Management Officer (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of various business projects
Assist departmental heads in planning and executing structured workflows
Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and suggest improvements
Monitor ongoing projects and track milestones and deadlines
Prepare project reports and maintain documentation for all projects
Support the preparation and analysis of MIS reports
Manage meeting schedules, record minutes (MoM), and follow-ups
Handle administrative tasks such as travel bookings, calendar management, and expense reporting

Required Skills:

Project Coordination / PMO (Project Management Office)
Report Preparation & Documentation
Workflow / Process Management
Calendar & Meeting Management
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Educational Qualifications:

Any Graduate
preferably with a background in Business Administration or related fields
