Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring Coordination & Stakeholder Communication:
• Understand cybersecurity job role requirements by coordinating with technical teams.
• Liaise with the HR/recruitment team to schedule interviews and facilitate candidate communications.
• Screen and shortlist resumes for cybersecurity roles based on defined technical criteria.
• Ensure timely feedback loops between interviewers and HR.
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, including resume screening, collaboration with HR, cybersecurity teams, and client stakeholders, tracking background verification (BGV) status, and monitoring the onboarding process of selected resources to client.
