Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Management Officer, located in Ahmedabad. The Project Management Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating with different departments, managing project timelines, preparing and overseeing budgets, and ensuring effective communication across all project stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale electrical or infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years in a PMO leadership role, preferably in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or energy sector.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or equivalent project management certification.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera, Asana) 7. Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Budgeting experience
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Proven track record of managing complex projects
