Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Management Executive who can handle software projects end-to-end and actively identify, approach, and onboard new clients. The ideal candidate should bridge clients and the technical team smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new software project leads
• Meet potential clients and understand business requirements
• Prepare project proposals, timelines, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with development, design, and marketing teams
• Manage project execution, delivery schedules, and client communication
• Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of software development, mobile apps, websites & digital marketing
• Client handling & relationship management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage

Preferred Qualities

• Self-motivated & target-driven
• Good presentation and follow-up skills
• Willingness to meet clients and close deals
