Project Management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all project phases — from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor on-site activities and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Manage material procurement, vendor coordination, and approval processes.
• Conduct regular site and progress meetings with project stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Lead project teams and provide direction to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools.
• In-depth understanding of construction workflows, cost control, and site coordination.
• Excellent client-handling, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant project management experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
