Job Description

Kia Motors is looking for Project Management Cost Reduction to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
Analyze data and metrics to measure project performance and inform future decisions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders, including senior management.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience in cost reduction, process improvement, and cost control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
